I ordered 2 items for a custom wedding order from Idea Ribbon online on February 18. I kept looking for shipping confirmation. I left 3 messages. I finally got a hold of someone on March 2 and was told«Sorry, we are out of stock on these items». Seriously?! You had the items listed as available on your website! And, no one could have taken the time to contact me for 12 days. My customer is waiting on this and now I am stuck having to find another supplier. Its no problem if you are out of stock on something if you communicate with your customer. I will never use your company again for this reason.

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE They do not deliver… they scream at you on the phone… they simply do not know what they are doing. The male customer service rep screamed at me saying i was trying to get him fired for wanting to speak to a supervisor… also… when I told him that I had spent $ 30 and i need my material he told me it was«JUNK» any way… I dont even know what to say to that
