WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
TERRIBLE SOFA MATERIAL, ITS JUST THE CHEAPEST MATERIAL AND QUALITY. It’s supposed to be «good» and it was all scratch out, very bad condition and procuct.
As far as for the customer service so overweening, disrespectful, just ignorant.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
You can find so many different places with Better quality, prices and customer service.

Extremely Terrible Customer Service and Horrible business.
I have never seen such a company doing such a horrible business. They cancel my account without notice, being rude and yell to my face «We here at poundex have too many customer and we don’t have time to notice anyone about canceling account» — Rossy Renteria.
They don’t care about my order and they never give an apologize. This is not my first time i receive a negative talk back from one of your staff. We represent other furniture store, who resells your product finding hard and offensive every time we work with your company.
Poundex company needs to find a way to treat customer fairly. If you think that’s ok to sell cheap furniture and hire somebody with an attitude, i will never come back to poundex.
