Don’t go here unless you want to be get rip off by high medical bill. They bill your insurance not according to the amount of service you get. Service is not even great. All you get is you don’t have to wait for doctor because no one want to come here.

Our company has been sending drivers to Walnut Medical Group for many years and we’ve been very satisfied. The doctor’s prices are reasonable. Our family has Kaiser but periodically visit Dr. Chang for minor things. I cut my thumb really bad once & he wanted to stitch it. Oh no. please don’t.so he taped it. His front office assistant is ok. She’ll ask what the visit is about & I just say I’d like to discuss it with Dr. Chang & she says ok. No appointment necessary, reasonable fees & he is personable.

Dr. Chang is great! I have known this doctor for about 17 years. He knows how to diagnose. He is trustworthy, and highly respected by other physicians. Reasonable charges for services rendered. 24 hour service.

Doctor is ok, but medical assistant is horrible and doesn’t know what she is doing.
Got the impression she doesn’t want to be there. Wanted to give them the business, but drove me out fast.

I recently went in there because I had ear pain and although it didn’t take long for the doctor to see me I didn’t like it because the assistant flushed both of my ears and it hurt really bad and I was already in pain so extra pain wasn’t great. She made a mess too but I left feeling like nothing happened the doctor told me it was a sinus issue take some Claritin I now have took Claritin and my ear still hurts I don’t have any sinus issues going to see a REAL doctor.

Dr Chang has been my trusted family dr since I was growing up. He always has a caring and professional conduct whenever we go to see him and that has been 17 years. His med bill is always reasonable and compassionate. What more is important from your medical doctor?

Went in to get a TB shot done, and they told me to come back 2 days later. When I returned, the office was empty and no one was there to check the bump. When I came back again to ask what happened, they promised they were there waiting for me at the time I arrived, and refused to give me any type of compensation. Very shady business and poor customer service.
