I honestly cannot say enough good things about Val and K9 Innovations… If you are looking for an excellent groomer who you can trust with your furbaby, Look no further!!! Val is absolutely exceptional. Not only does she take wonderful care of my doggies but she is compassionate and excellent to do business with.
A quick story… My Shelby (11 year old Siberian husky) had major surgery back in October 2012 (had a seizure caused by a ruptured tumor on her liver), she spent 4 days in the hospital… I notified Val we would have to cancel our appt. due to the surgery, she was nothing but understanding even calling to check how Shelby was doing. When Shelby was able to return and be groomed Val offered to groom her for FREE because she knew what a hardship those kind of emergency surgeries can be… she brought tears to my eyes, you don’t find people like her anymore these days.
