Drive thru was closed 10 minutes before the pharmacy was supposed to close. The pharmacy hours were clearly posted on the drive thru window. If this is their practice, they should post the hours clearly and change the story’s voicemail message to indicate it closes early. This practice is terrible customer service and it is easily remedied.

Walnutport, PA
Pharmacy did not call to communicate a prescription could not be filled. Pharmacy closes drive thru 15 minutes before posted time on the window — they should update the hours if that is the case. Pharmacy techs & pharmacist both had attitudes here and very rude. This is worse than Walgreens in Florida. I will never step foot into this or any other Rite Aid in my life. We will be taking our business to another local pharmacy or will drive to Whitehall.
