Massage Envy

If I could give zero stars I would. I use to be a member here awhile back, but cancelled my membership. My cousin bought me a GC here because I’m pregnant and she wanted me to be able go get a prenatal massage. I made an appointment which I thought was for a Wednesday as I work every other day of the week. I called on Tuesday night (thinking the appointment was the next day) and was told that the appointment had been that morning and since I missed it they took the balance off my 75 $ GC leaving me with zero dollars. I asked why didn’t I get a confirmation call. The girl said I did and that it is just a curtesy and they don’t have to call. I explained that I had no missed call nor voicemail and she said «Oh well, they called and they really don’t have to anyways». As someone who is pregnant I depend on things such as confirmation calls considering my brain is in so many different places. This girl Jennifer was so unbelievably rude. I am still waiting to hear back from corporate who’s customer service is just as horrid as Jennifer at the Walpole location. I will not be ever recommending this place to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will continue to call corporate everyday for as long as it takes to actually receive a call back.

I been coming here for over a year it did take awhile with different people to find the right one. Meray is AMAZING, she has just the right touch! I have a bad lower right hip/​back and am always in pain. Meray is very caring and thoughtful where my pain is and try’s not to aggravate the area. My daughter see’s Tonya she is amazing for kids who have arthritis like my little girl. She specializes in certain messages just for them and was very well verse on how to treat her condition and knew about it.

I’ve been a member since the first New England location opened in Burlington, and I’ve visited a number of locations across the country. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the number of excellent therapists massaging here. Shawna, Bong, Meray and Cindy have all done a fabulous job, and I alternate depending on what kind of massage I’m looking for. I live less than 10 minutes away, and I’m becoming a bit of a regular. Such a great amenity to have so close to home!

It was so hard for me to book in Dedham so I called this past Sunday. I didn’t feel released after the massage! I hope there are better therapists there!

I was skeptical about a membership, but after a few months, I have decided it was a great investment. MJ is wonderful for deep tissue & achy muscles. MeeRay is fabulous for relaxation with a more firm pressure. Last night I decided to try a Sweedish with John, and am totally hooked. The front desk staff is very accommodating with my flexible schedule and last minute calls for an appointment.

Great price. Close to my office. Sadly massage therapists do not stay long they come for experience and leave. Always clean courteous and professional. Sometime tough to get appointments around holidays

I went here the other day for the first time and it was a great experience. Right from when I walked in the door the girl behind the counter was friendly and coached me through their procedure. Once inside the actual spa I was pleasantly surprised. I was not expecting an acutal spa like atmosphere in a chain spa in a mall parking lot. Granted it’s not like some retreat in Arizona but it works for me. The ambiance was great. My masseuse was great, friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable and what I expected. I will be back.

The pressure of the strokes were not consistent.
