I have never in my life had an experience like I did yesterday here at a fast food place or restaurant. The two women working were yelling and arguing in front of us about trying to over charge me and not wanting to serve me or something. Couldn’t totally understand them.(I did nothing by the way to have them start fighting) they literally should be fired it was embarrassing and the rudest experience I’ve ever had at any business. And it was my birthday. I don’t even know why they were hired in the first place. Yikes.

Well my experience here… I was here on Saturday around 6:15pm, I came in and had to wait about 10 minutes to be served they had a couple phone orders so I was ok with that and there was only one person working the counter. Which is totally understandable. So another employee comes out a woman and then serves me, I ask for Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Crab Rangoon. She gives me pork-fried rice, and the other two entrees correct.(at this point I didn’t care and just wanted to eat my dinner after working 10 hours.) She closes the container and puts it on the counter and moves on to the next customer while the other employee is doing the same thing. So the food is sitting there, I’m ready to pay and go but a couple other people came in and they start filling their orders without letting me pay for my food and go. Now my foods been sitting there for 10 mins on the counter getting cold. So at that point I said ok there’s a rush I will wait 5 more minutes. So after 15 minutes of my food prepared on the counter I walked out. It was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had, you service customers in order you don’t skip if you ignore them and make them wait they walk out like I did. Since I live around the corner and this was my initial«test» run to see if I liked your food its possible you just lost a decent amount of business. I would avoid this place.

Considering the name contains the word«Express» it pains me how often we’ve gone there to find 5 or 6(or more) of the serving dishes empty and you have to wait for them to cook up a new batch of those items. Express means no waiting! I am also put off by their pricing system. Some items are called ‘entrees’. Some are called ‘sides’. It’s completely arbitrary, especially since many of the items called ‘entrees’ would –always– be called sides at any other restaurant. Cream Cheese Rangoon, for example. And yes, it’s –cream cheese– Rangoon: no crab implied or provided. For a certain price, you get to choose two ‘entrees’ and one ‘side’. I would prefer if they just counted everything as an ‘item’ and you could pick any three. It would be much simpler and I don’t think the cost to Panda Express would be much different. One side note: what they call Chow Mein would generally pass as Lo Mein at most Chinese restaurants in this area. No crunchy twisty noodles here. The quality of the food is fine, but honestly you could do better at many local ‘American Chinese’ restaurants found all over Massachusetts. Why not patronize a local business instead?

Double orange chicken and white rice… not bad! Server/cashier Ryan is wicked helpful and friendly.
