My husband and I got married here on 4÷18÷15. When we first went to see the venue, we were blown away by the size and beauty of the hall. Lynne and Tina were so great and helpful during the entire planning process. We ran into a few problems with the owner. When we submitted our final payment, we were informed that they had a «no shot» policy. Now, as adults, we were not the«partying crew» that got trashed and got into fist fights when too many drinks were served. To hear this a couple days before our wedding wasn’t appropriate. When we arrived to the venue on our wedding day, the room was absolutely beautiful and flawless. Again, we had an encounter with the owner stating that our guests are not allowed to bring their drink glasses on the dance floor. This is not something we should be told a half hour before being introduced. Also, our guests were sitting in the hall during cocktail hour when I asked that all guests be guided to where cocktail hour was being held. When I informed the owner, he said he couldn’t tell them what to do. The owner also asked my maid of honors and best man how long their speeches were and to make them as short as possible. This blew me away and again, was unacceptable. He treated the people in my wedding party very poorly. Even the wait staff made comments and were very supportive and made sure he didn’t ruin our way. Our reception was until 11PM and at 10:15PM, he asked to do my last dance then so all the guests would be out of the hall by 11PM on the dot. Luckily, my DJ refused to do this. I would not recommend getting married here. It is a shame because it is very beautiful but too stressful for one of the most important days of your lives.

I recently just had my wedding at Raffael’s this past April. Everything about Rafael’s was classy and professional. We purchased the Raffaels Package which includes the center pieces, invitations, and cake. All of vendors that Raffaels partners with are also top notch and were great to work with. Lynne, Tina and Joe were all a privilege to work with. My husband and I greatly appreciated all of the little things that they all did that ultimately made our day so memorable. We were blown away by how beautiful the room looked all set up with the linens and flowers — it was breathtaking! Beyond that, the staff at Raffaels was beyond accommodating and helpful. Overall, Rafael’s level of customer service is admirable. Everyone at Raffael’s made the entire wedding process pleasant and effortless. The invitations were also gorgeous — we received many compliments about them. Our guests were also raving about the food — it was delicious! It was an all around class act! We could not have asked for a more perfect day!

I just had my wedding here and was extremely satisfied. We loved how large Raffael’s was. We had a large wedding and the extra large dance floor was perfect. The food was great, we served filet and stuffed shrimp and everyone loved it. Joe, our maitre’D for the evening, was amazing. He totally understood what we wanted and made the day go by smoothly. He was fantastic and kept me from worrying about everything going well. They were so accommodating as we planned the wedding from California. The only issue I had, which was slight, was about the cocktail hour. We had open bar for the cocktail hour and I specifically asked them to open a second bar during since we had such a large group and they confirmed they would. I found out later they never did which meant it took guests a while to get drinks at cocktail hour. Other than that, they were amazing. They even provided Miller Lite(a beer they don’t normally serve) because our crowd is a Miller Lite crowd. They went above and beyond and made our day spectacular.

The Best Brunch! I have enjoyed the brunch many times with my family and friends to celebrate a special occasion or just a Sunday morning out. Each time I go I enjoy try something different either from the carving station or the omelette table. The variety of items always please every member of my party. The facility itself is beautiful with enclosed area off the ballroom truly creates a warm and inviting place to gather. I have attended many functions over the years and the attention to detail is outstanding! I highly recommend the function facility to celebrate a special time in your life or for a community fund raiser.

The fact that the OWNER of the restaurant faked my name and took my review and tried to give a good review is terrible. Hey Joe, instead of forging other people’s reviews, fix up that mess you call a restaurant!!!

Having our Easter Sunday Brunch here for the first time I didn’t know what to expect. My family and I walked in and the first thing I saw was just about every desert food known to man. I said to my self, «Self», I am going to save a little room for some of these! Well, not a chance, after indulging on hand cut lamb w/green jelly, and hand cut roast beef cooked to perfection, some waffles with fresh strawberry’s, Eggs, and a little of everything on the buffet, I could barely finish my bloodymary! Needless to say, next time I will have some desert first!!. Great serves as well, all ways somebody keeping our table clean and asking to make sure everything was OK. I will be back.

I came here about a month ago for a Lion’s Club poker event(hosted by the in-laws) and I found this place to be rather charming. There’s a large parking lot and walking into Raffael’s you’ll find a very well appointed entry way leading into a large banquet room with chandeliers and a very large space to hold a ton of people. It’s a really nice room. The drinks were averaged priced and I heard the food was good. I think if someone is looking for a banquet space in the Walpole area, they should definitely take a look at Raffael’s. I mean it didn’t blow me away, but it was perfectly lovely for what it is.

My sister and I took our mother here for mother’s day 2 years ago and it was less than memorable. The food was your typical buffet, there was nothing special about it, other than the special price — over priced!

oh, im so sorry wifey, birthday brunch derailed due to bad bad food. well the upswing is the whole weekend was fab, so if the actually birthday meal was not so hot, it can slide. you Raffaels, however, you have no excuse! so we pull up to the door of the guido hall, oops, i mean banquet hall. ok, so i didnt see too many Cadillacs nor white loafers, but there sure should have been. the parking lot also must have been re-tarred, cause when i opened the door that morning, the stench was pretty overpowering, good thing i didnt have anything special planned for that day! we went and met sis and bro-inlaw for bday brunch, and we we all disappointed. granted, sis has extremely ridiculous taste, however, we were all in agreement. i didnt even bother to try any of the«lunch» offerings. i did get a smirk in regards to the«marbling» of the cutting station ham(not a thing you want in swine) the service was lacking, the lines for grub were sooo long it made me feel for the fema lines in new orleans and the food itself hardly justified the price tag. breakfast food was passable, however, bagged waffles and powered eggs for 20 bucks seems soo stupid, the state should take away all of my credentials. i will say the deserts station was alright, however the whole thing was not worth going back or even letting else go either. now, this place is a banquet hall, so if you are getting married or g’ma 85th is coming up, maybe you can work things out with them, however, the brunch is better off being left for dead. i think that should cover it,
