I had to get my windshield repaired after a rock hit it. It was easy to schedule a service call on their website. I received two confirmation emails reminding me of the appointment. I also received an email the morning of the appointment as well as a call from the service guy letting me know around what time he would be at my home to fix the windshield. He arrived within the hour time frame that he told me and was very prompt. It only took him about 10 minutes. He explained what he was going to do and was very polite and professional. It was very nice to have the work done at my house without having to take my two little kids out. I would definitely use them again! Great service!
