Anna’s made delicious pizza for us! They were warm and supportive of our non-​profit which was wonderful to see! LiveUp Programs would not be possible without the type of fantastic people at Anna’s!

Ordered a honey buffalo chicken wrap, chicken was drenched in sauce, not sweet at all, taste like spicy buffalo. WORST $ 7 SPENT! N MY MOUTH IS ON FIRE!!! I called them n informed them of my unhappiness and they just said «sorry». NEVER AGAIN!

Anazing cheeseburger subs and the salads with the pita breads are amazing! Awesome staff, very friendly and fast. Going to come back again for sure.

We love Anna’s! There pizza is always fresh, cooked well (never under or over done), and the catering is always a crowd pleaser. The gourmet pizza options are always yummy and the salad is always fresh. The delivery drivers are courteous and they are always happy to help. An office favorite!

Anna’s is like an old friend that you don’t see regularly, but when you pick up the phone and give them a call, they come through in the clutch. It’s not that you don’t want to get closer, it’s just they don’t always come to mind when you’re feeling like going out.
I usually go for a sub when I order here. Their buffalo chicken usually gets the job done when I don’t feel like cooking. I had the pizza once, and I wasn’t too blown away. It’s the same as most other pizza in Waltham, and I don’t think that warrants further description.
As for the service, I think they may have changed hands or staff recently because I remember one visit a few months ago when I felt vicariously uncomfortable for the girl working behind the register with some bad attitude dudes. This last visit was all new guys, and very civil.

the pizza was alright, about a 7 out of 10, I was told 35 minutes for the pizza however it arrived in 20 minutes. The pizza was like 10ish dollars for a small 12 inch pizza.

Like my lovely friend Jecheima A. (Keema Beam) said Anna’s has phenomenal customer service. I’m a New Yorker so I’m pretty uppity when it comes to Pizza. Anna’s isn’t Lombardi’s or Grimaldi’s but it definitely holds it own, I would say just stick with a basic slice, Pepperoni or get their Ricotta Pizza. They definitely pile on the Pepperoni and/​or the Ricotta, so you get the best value for your buck.
I’ve learned that when a place says they specialize in Pizza it’s best not to venture off and get a bunch of sides. I had a few sides here and i wasn’t to impressed but i mean this place is all ABOUT THE PIZZA so why deviate from the plan? You can either call ahead and pick up the pizza pie or go online and they will deliver through
which has an option to save your information so you don’t need to re-​enter driving directions to your house/​apartment etc. Super reliable delivery and great customer service, I haven’t encountered anyone rude. For parking I would suggest just parking in the Hannaford’s parking lot across the street then walking over, much less of a hassle.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I’ve been going to Anna’s for years and they never disappoint. Friendly workers and an overall positive atmosphere. The new guy in the front named John is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he really shows that he cares about the customer. Order the white roman special pizza.

So far I wish I never order pizza here. Piece of shit boss making the girl worker cry. Kind of ruin my mood to eat. Pizza looks ok. Fuck ruining… She still crying! Pizza is good nothing super delicious. Never going stop by here again.

This pizza is always delicious! I really like that the crust is pretty thin but not as flat as cardboard. I highly recommend their pizza!

One of the best, if not the best take-​out places in the area! The food is always, always good no matter what you get! The staff is really friendly and very accommodating to special requests! Delivery is always fast. Some of the best food around, especially the eggplant and the calzones!

But their delivery guy was really rude. I had them deliver to Regis College for a group and the driver when to the wrong entrance and gave me a lot guff for the lack of information that he should have been given by the people he works for at this restaurant.

I work in Waltham so usually the go-​to for a lunch order is to this place.
I have had everything, their pizza, salads, subs and pasta. The ceasar salad with the grilled chicken is amazing, I usually order it with a little side of buffalo sauce and it’s amazing, by no means healthy but definitely delicious. Their chicken parm is also delicious, wheather in the dub or over the pasta. Their portion sizes are always for sharing. Their calzones are gianormous and could feed a small village.
None the less, love them, the prices, their fast delivery and of course as you can tell from my excitement, their food!

Anna’s is DELICIOUS! I love their buffalo chicken salad. They are always so nice when ordering and picking up. First choice for take out in all of Waltham!
This place is perfect for take out– not great for eating there unless you have to.

I order Anna’s ALL the time at work. Whether it be one pizza or 50 pizzas (I really ordered that many before), they always make them fresh and fast. Their delivery service is phenomenal they come earlier than you ask them to. Super friendly staff and very tasty food :)

The brick and mortar store may not be much to look at, but this is one of Waltham’s takeout gems!
Pizza is pretty basic — nothing particularly special, but the portions are generous and it isn’t drowning in oil like many of the pies from nearby places are. The salads I have ordered have been far and away the best bang for my buck — $ 5 for the largest take out box STUFFED (literally — overflowing!) with salad? Yes please!
Delivery has always been within a reasonable time and hassle free. I’m surprised to see all the reviews that complain about the customer service when ordering over the phone. Anna’s is listed on a slew of online ordering sites — I have never once called in an order. If you are having difficulty calling in orders — it’s time to upgrade to the digital age.
Only negative is that I do wish they would upgrade their store front — Main St has been in a serious need of an aesthetic overall for a while now, and Anna’s certainly doesn’t help.

Anna’s has a great location (directly on main street), a nifty smartphone app, friendly staff and decent delivery times.
Even though this restaurant has all these positives, I rate this place 2 stars because the bread of the pizza tastes a bit strange. I’ve had their pizza 3 times, and there’s something that just doesn’t taste right. The weird taste of the bread inspired me to start making my own pizza from home because I needed to know what the odd taste was. I think it may have been the brand of yeast, but I know for a fact that I won’t be eating from them any time soon.

In my mission to experience and Unilocal about a variety of pizza places, I decided to take a break from the regulars and give Anna’s a try. I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and it was pretty good. They really load up on the pepperoni, which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your preference. The cheese and crust were good, so was the sauce but I think they should have used a little more of it.
One thing that did stand out about Anna’s pizza was that it was REALLY good cold, perhaps even better than it was when it was freshly delivered.
Delivery was fast and there was no crazy ornery woman on the phone taking my order. It’s not going to be a first choice for me since there are definitely other places close-​by that I enjoy more, but it’s still pretty good.
