Is buying a house supposed to be difficult? …I wouldn’t know, Brad (and Darleen) Pratt made the entire process an enjoyable stroll through the park.
I had fun and learned so much with these guys; most importantly I ended up in the perfect home! This was my first house purchase and they walked me through every step of the process. They are both so knowledgeable and well connected to every link in the chain (lawyers, mortgage lenders, inspectors, etc).
Brad really knows his way around house construction, which was huge for us as he was able to give us tips, recommendations and even a heads-up with what to expect from the inspector.
I feel very grateful for having chosen Brad (and Darleen) as my buyers-agent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy.
