I started coming two months ago. Bikini season is coming up and the treadmill hadn’t gotten any action in some time. I got the unlimited 2 week pass for 20 dollars. It gave me the opportunity to try almost all of the classes they offered and determine which ones i would return for. Zumba on Saturday at 10 with Felicia is a lot of fun and will get you sweating. I also recommend hip hop with Stephanie and boot camp with Ashley. Works well: variety of great classes with motivated instructors. Small classes and nice atmosphere. Parking is plentiful across the street. Water bottles are provided. Could be better: pricing is a little high. Nearly 80 a month for unlimited drop in classes. Drop in classes m-f are only at 6pm and 7pm so you don’t have very much flexibility as to when u work out. Class cancellations aren’t always communicated properly. It’s a bummer changing and driving to the studio to know that a class has been cancelled, especially at the monthly price I pay. Try it out, you will have a lot of fun and get a fast and effective work out when you go into euphoria.

Something about Euphoria keeps me coming back. I had joined last year and stuck out working out thru the spring — but quit in the summer. Now that fall is back — i looked at my options(other gyms, classes, etc.) and found myself back at classes at Euphoria. There is no pressure during the classes, they are ‘go at your own pace’ which sometimes lcould lead you to slack off — but subtly you want to push yourself. The classes are always different and keep me interested. The instructors are well learned, positive and actually like what they do. They want your feedback, suggestions and comments. It’s personally owned — not corporate — which i like too.

Max and the entire staff at Euphoria are incredible. Max is always positive and inspiring, never intimidating. The boot camp is energizing and doable. The music videos are projected onto a wall and are huge! They really keep me entertained. Working out is finally something I enjoy. I also do a lot of personal training with Max. I started out soooo out of shape and he always made me feel good about myself during every workout. I highly recommend Euphoria. Worth every penny and your time will be well spent too. :)

Just a note that Euphoria no longer offers yoga classes. The emphasis at Euphoria is primarily on small-group fitness classes(which I hear are pretty good). Yoga certainly does complement the roster of traditional fitness classes, but the two weren’t seamlessly meshed here. If you’re interested in taking a Kundalini yoga class with Cindy(her classes were awesome!), visit her website to find out where and when she’ll be teaching next.

There just are not enough great things to say about Euphoria Wellness Studio. I started attending classes in September, and have on added on personal training as well. I have always been someone who wanted to work out, but enver enjoyed it. Max, and Euphoria Wellness Studio, have helped me to find comfort in wellness and taking care of myself. For the first time, ever, I can say that I am enjoying excercise. Not only do I get a great work out in, but the entire experience is wonderful. From the complimentary water, the advice from the staff staff, to the great prices, and conversations with other customers, everything is just great! I especially enjoy that during all work outs the studio has music videos playing on a larger projector screen– It helps to keep me entertained and keep my energy level high. Euphoria Wellness studio has something for everyone, whether you are a novice or an expert, a morning or a night person, a busy bee or full of free time, interested in winding down or getting your heart rate up. Euphoria is not just a work out studio, but a wellness studio over all, and each time you leave, you will feel more complete. While it may not look like much from the outside, just remember never judge a book by its cover. I attended the Open House at Euphoria and was amazed by the actual size of the studio. And yes, it is simply that, a studio. But… it’s more than just a studio. They have a side room for personal training sessions if there is another session going on in the main area, whether it be yoga, zumba, tap, or boot camp. The staff here are extremely welcoming. The environment… serene. I love the color of the walls, the classy mirrors, and the soft lighting. All of it gives it a warm and inviting area to workout in, unlike most gyms that has those bright white walls. The idea behind Euphoria at the moment is for instructors/trainers to be able to rent out studio space to hold their classes. Each class varies in prices and are set by the individual instructors. While I will most likely be back for the Fitness Challenge they will be starting in June and Becky’s Boot Camps, there is only one thing holding me back slightly and that’s the challenge of parking around the area since the studio is awkwardly located on Main Street.
