Inspector Homes

I cannot recommend Sally of Inspector Homes enough! We were frantically trying to find a home inspector available that week to meet our deadline, and Sally came through for us. She responded to my late-​night email first thing in the morning, and called me quickly to say that she had an open spot. Over the phone, she went through things she will cover and things we should look into, and was quick to followup to confirm the appointment.
Morning of the inspection, she showed up right on time and went straight to work. I can’t express how detailed she was! As first time home buyers, we’re pretty nervous and don’t know what to look for. She went through everything in detail with us, pointing out things that we should watch out for (mulch too close to the wood), and things that need to be fixed right away. We *really* appreciated all the knowledge she passed on to us as well as the attention to detail, and feel much better about our situation after. Even our realtor said that this was the most detailed inspection she’s ever been through!
We finished around 11:30am with a good sense of what are the big issues and what can wait for later. I get an email with the full, detailed 32 page report in pdf 6am the next day and a hard copy in my mailbox the day after.
I can’t say enough good things about Sally. She is an awesome, detail-​oriented inspector, well-​priced, and very responsive.
