Good place to go to watch sports games-they have TONS of screens all around, making it easy to see the screens from almost anywhere you sit. The fried pickles are really good, so are the JnJ Wings(bone-in)…but that is about all. The nachos are terrible(super dry and flavorless) and the drinks are SUPER watered down. I don’t appreciate that.

Don’t waste your time here. My boyfriend got nachos and asked for no olives, what do you know they came with olives and they pack their toppings on like crazy so he had to pick off probably like 50+ black olives. I got a Cape Cod Reuben — Fried Haddock, Topped with Cole Slaw, Swiss Cheese & Thousand Island Dressing — something with all those ingredients you’d think it’d be tasty but in fact it was tasteless. Literally no flavor whatsoever. Even salt and pepper didn’t help it. Super disappointed. Best part of my meal was a pumpkin martini. Head over to Not Your Average Joes next door. The food is way better and drinks just as good.

Being a Waltham local, a bung of my friends come out here and they all say relatively good things about this place. I figured I would give it a shot. Their menu selection is relatively big. You can get wings, pizza, appetizers, burgers, and soups. It was pretty hard to make my decision. I found a lot of dishes to catch my attention. I ordered the clam chowder and a turkey burger. The chowder was pretty good but the turkey burger didn’t taste like a turkey burger. I’m pretty sure it was a hamburger, it was OK tho. Overall this place is good, but not great. I can see myself going back again.

Okay. We’ve been here a few times and like the atmosphere. Big open sports bar with nice outdoor seating. We had 1 visit that was unfortunate where we ordered wings that came out cold. They brought us another plate and still not hot. We weren’t happy, but told our waitress not to worry. She called her manager over since she knew it was an «off night» and the manager comped our entire check. This was above and beyond and really made an unfortunate night okay for us. We will continue to go back given how well they showed genuine concern for their customers. This is a typical TGIF type of place. The portions are not huge. Great place for appetizers and a beer. We probably go here once a month when we go to the supermarket next door.

I’ll just replicate what everyone else is saying: it’s a typical sports bar with a lackluster food that offers one or two local draughts. The best thing about this place is the outdoor seating which is hard to come by. It’s also large, open and airy. What I didn’t appreciate was being told to wait at lunch time because they wouldn’t seat 3 at a table for four outside(even though there were at least two open tables and no line). I later noticed they put TWO women there and wasted two seats instead of just one. It made no sense at all unless they are told only to put pretty people up front. Pffft! Table service 4 stars. Hostess service 1 star. Food 1 star.

Great food. Horrible, horrible service. Upon walking in the door we weren’t greeted by either girls standing at the front hostess area. Our waitress took a few minutes to come by and take our drink order. Once she gave us our drinks, we never saw her again. We finally asked the waitress from another table and she was nice enough to take our order. We never saw either one of them again. We asked a third waitress for a glass of water, never got it. The first waitress finally made an appearance about ten minutes into our wait for the glass of water. We kindly asked for our bill. Never will go back.

I’m typically not a fan of large sports bars with walls full of televisions, especially when most of them show the same damn Boston sports team playing on every set. No exception here, they may want to mix up the selection a bit. They did play a variety of music which wasn’t too bad. I got the tower of boneless chicken wings which were very good. You can get three different sauces, they go a little heavy on the sauce but I’d rather have too much than not enough. The pretzel stick app here is excellent. Another time I went I ordered the steak tips with mashed potato and veggie. Steak tips were bland and flavorless and the mashed potatoes were either instant out of the box or blended in a food processor because the texture was like baby food. Service can be hit or miss. It can get packed in here with the college crowd towards the end of the week and lots of suburban families. Not a bad thing, but wait times can be somewhat long. One night I was in there on a quiet Tuesday evening and there were probably a dozen other customers in the place. Two bartenders who looked bored or interested more in their personal conversation took about ten minutes just to acknowledge me at the bar. My app order took 40 minutes for six boneless wings!

This food was so bad I drove back and got a refund. Being 5 minutes from my house and what seemed like a promising menu, my brother and I thought we would give the food a try and get takeout. Big mistake. I came in after the exact amount of time they quoted me, paid cash and drove the 5 minutes home. When we opened the food we were severely disappointed with what we got for the price. Everything was cold and not fresh. Our mozzarella sticks were already completely congealed and inedible and the sliders, potato skins and wings were room temp at best, still very unpleasant. The only thing that makes sense to me given that I arrived on time to get my order and I live so close is that all the food sits in warming drawers and then is thrown together similar to McDonald’s. To be honest I have actually had better burgers at McD’s than the sliders we were served so I can’t say that the food quality here is anything above a crappy fast food chain with a drive thru. And the most horrifying of all was the disgusting cold, cheese sauce on the potato skins. I could barely look at them. What kind of person accepts that in lieu of actual cheese? I think it’s safe to say the only people that would enjoy the food here would have to be drunk out of their minds and know absolutely nothing about real food. I’m still horrified just thinking about what lackluster effort and neglect it would take to put food like that out of your kitchen. Why even bother having a menu if you don’t care about the product? Not to mention they had completely neglected to pack our two desserts. I don’t normally complain but I was so annoyed at this experience, not to mention the astronomical price given the quality, that I called and spoke to the manager. I will say the whole staff handled the situation properly and agreed to give me all of my money back so one star for that and the fact that, from what I’ve seen of the place it does seem like a cool spot to get drinks and hang out if you’re a sports fan. However I will never be returning.

Typical big chain-y sportsbar. If you want to listen to country music while watching a game on massive TVs, then this will do, but otherwise I’d avoid it. Its in a strip mall, has mediocre beer options despite there being 20 of them, and huge portions of food that isn’t much better than Applebees. They certainly don’t skimp on the burger toppings, but the meat was practically flavorless and the fries were straight out of the freezer. The service is fine. Although this isn’t some huge national chain, it kinda feels like one in the end.

Drinks are good, atmospheres great, there’s tv’s and projectors around every corner playing multiple games. The food though is the letdown. Overcooked chicken wings, nachos that don’t have much topping to them and mostly chips. Fix the food and you’ll have a pretty perfect place.

The place is a great place to catch a game or a after work beer with your colleagues but the food on my first and last visit was aweful. I started with a Stella beer($ 6.95) and then ordered a their crock of French Onion soup which was actual more like a small cup of soup. It was just as well because with one spoonful the soup tasted like a cup of salt and cheese and had no onion favor at all. I pushed the soup forward after two tastes. After another beer i orded twelve teriyaki flavored wings. The wings were smothered in this painfully sweet sticky sauce which was became nauseating after wing six. The sause overpowered any hint of chicken so i gave up after wing eight. The service was fine, friendly bartenders and attentive. I will not make plans to go back anytime soon.

Not good for food imho… I’ve had a few bad meals here, one mediocre meal, and no good meals. Maybe an ok place to congregate after work and catch a buzz but that’s about it.

This is the best after work spot. It has a chill vibe. Check out their daily specials. From pub grub to high end entrees, there is a dish for everybody in your group. So much parking.

New place next to Market Basket in Waltham. Decide to try it for lunch. Service was barely adequate but the food wasn’t even that. How do they mess up sliders? Unless you need a sports bar to catch a drink or two with work colleagues, give it a miss. There were two of us. We both got the 2 for specials($ 9 ea) which gets you half sandwiches(limited) and limited choice of soup or sides like fries or some salads. We tried their cheeseburger and pulled pork sliders and clam chowder(1.50 supplement). The clam chowder had lots of potatoes. I got 3 clams and lots of sand to go with it. Taste was average or below. The pulled pork was over dry, leathery. The sauce spicy(those who don’t care for spicy, watch out). The cheeseburger was burnt, why do so many places do that. Burnt meat tastes, well, yuck! The pulled pork was accompanied with coleslaw which my dining companion described as «tasteless». The cheeseburger sliders were accompanied by shoestring onion rings which were oily with prob no onions. So, it’s obvious we won’t repeat, not for food, certainly. Why 2 stars? Really large screens and more than 2 beers on tap.

My family including my now two year old come here monthly and have been for about a year. Up until now it’s been our favorite go to for lunch. Today everything was wrong and our waitress didn’t seem to care. First they got us the wrong beer, or it was completely skunked and never checked back on us. Next one of our chicken wing flavors was not only wrong, but I’m badly allergic to one of the ingredients. The waitress badly tried to convince us that the sauce was correct, but it wasn’t. Lastly as we went to pay we were given a bill double what ours should have been. Three mistakes in one dinning experience is unforgivable we sadly won’t be back.

My mother suggested to meet up here since this is a new place and wanted to check it out. So we went on a Wednesday night. They have a special $ 3.99 burgers with various topping and choices of sweet potato fries, regular fires, tater tots, something else I think. So I got that. When the food came it was nothing really special about that burger(I wouldnt rush to get a burger from this place), the tater tots the portion size was disappointing — 12. You will get more in the fries department. Yes there are TV mounted on the wall every where you look, huge open concept, yes loud, feel very sorry for the waitstaff especially the women looks they they are poured into the uniformed shirts they are to ware. All the staff that I interacted with were very professional. Over all I am not impress with this restaurant and really not in a rush to hurry on back any time soon.

Yes, we live in an area where the market is oversaturated with establishments like these. But we had high hopes for this place when it opened up — a clean, open, large space to watch sports, drink beer, and eat decent food. Too bad the majority of the TVs were playing the same channel. So what if it’s lunchtime on a Friday? I don’t want to turn my head 180 degrees and still be watching an old Sox game on ESPN. I’m sure a soccer game was playing on another channel. Too bad the beer selection was average. I would have expected some craft beers to be available on tap. The option to order beer by the pitcher is a nice touch, but the length of time it took for our waitress to return with a refill totally killed my buzz. Too bad the food was subpar. I’m glad we got the tower of bone-in wings, but I expected the level of hot to be much higher when I requested the sauces to be spicy. The lunch portion of salmon I ordered was flavorless and dry; I had to ask for a side of honey mustard to be able to eat it. The rice pilaf and grilled asparagus sides were nothing special — the pilaf tasted like it has been under a heat lamp for a few hours and the asparagus was soggy and overdone. The grilled chicken sandwich was overdone as well — rubbery and dry to taste. At least the sweet potato fries weren’t burnt. Will we be back? Probably not.(Especially in light of the crazy Market Basket parking lot.) Too bad.

The spinach artichoke dip was good. The spinach could have been shredded/cut a little bit more. I liked how the Mac and cheese was made(very cheesy and big shell pasta). I ordered a lunch special — Butternut Squash ravioli with shrimp and asparagus. This was a good size for lunch. When the dish was served it looked like it had been sitting for a bit before it was brought to the table. The sauce was starting to get that dry clumpy look. I wasn’t sure what the garnish was but it looked like felt and was starting to blacken. I ordered the red sangria and it tasted like cough medicine. The service was great though. Our waitress was attentive and frequently checked in on us(and we were a large group!)

Lunch review Cheese wiz on the potato skins?! Shame! New place by the shopping area with a great outdoor patio. Large clean and spacious restaurant with huge and plenty of TVs. Too bad the food wasn’t that great. The cheeseburger sliders were pretty good with nice flavor but cheese sauce on the skins, no! It’s a shame cause besides that part they would have been really good. The artichoke dip was so congealed you could barely scoop it with the thinnest chips ever! The spinach wasn’t cut so it was this long stringy clumpy thing that did not look appetizing. Unlike other posts, the service was good! We got there thought at noon and the place was filling up. He was friendly, personable and didn’t make us feel rushed. Seeing that lunch place options are very limited around this area, I’ll definitely give it another try. Please use real cheese on the skins! Plenty of parking in both sides.

This is the type of place waltham has been lacking. It’s clean, large, a lot of TVs and even has outdoor seating. If you’re a sports fan(or even my girlfriend who can hang with the best of them) this is the place to be. Our waiter Colby has been awesome. Welcoming, genuine and attentive as well. A good host goes a long way to make one want to come back to a place and he accomplished that in spades. He’s one of the best I can remember in a while. Whoever hired him did well. He even came by to refill our beers from the pitchers we ordered. He went out of his way to check in on us and give us(without asking cuz it wasn’t a big deal) our loaded fries on the house just because they took a little longer to come out than expected. I can’t say enough good things. He’s the best. This is worth the drive from Moody street. It’s the place I’ll come to for Pats, Bruins and Sox from here on out. You can’t look in any direction wr but a TV in your face. I’ll be back for sure.
