Jessica is not my first therapist, so I can say from experience that she is the best that there is!
An abusive family situation and boyfriends to follow are what put me in therapy in the first place. Jessica has helped me create strategies for dealing with stress at home and at work, improving my self-​confidence, and building a successful relationship. She is supportive and is great at not only hearing what you’re saying, but hearing what you may not realize you’re saying.
I would highly recommend her (and I have) to anyone who has experienced childhood trauma, has self-​esteem issues, or who is ready to make a big change in the way they view themselves and the world. I am a completely different person because of her help.
