I called LeBlanc Monday morning to make arrangements for a technician visit for our AC system that was experiencing some problems, but was still functioning. As a brand new customer(found them on the internet so I couldn’t even give a referral source to boost my position) calling after a long holiday weekend, I wasn’t expecting immediate attention. However, everyone at LeBlanc was great, from Sean — with whom I initially spoke and who called me repeated during the day to check on the status of the system — to Chris, the technician who showed up late afternoon Monday. Chris focused on the most likely causes of our problems and started with the cheapest possible solution, rather than replacing everything. Sean called again on Wednesday to follow up on the service call and to relay the status of our part order. I was impressed! Same day service, pleasant, reasonable, communicative, responsive. Though I haven’t received the bill(so may yet face some shock), so far this company has been fabulous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for other work.
