The owner contacted me through Unilocal with an apology and an offer to make things right. She gave me her cell number and I decided to give this place another chance. Left a message several days ago… no response. On a positive note, though, I’d like to give 5 stars to Living Social. I contacted them regarding this issue, and my money was refunded within hours. No fuss, no hassle. This experience could have turned me off to buying vouchers from Living Social, but they handled the issue so quickly and efficiently that I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Attempted to reach this company on three separate occassions… about 4 weeks later finally received a call from Jen who apologized and seemed like a reasonable person. Against my better judgement I set up a cleaning appointment that was time critical(we were having a large party to celebrate my wifes’ 60th). Explained this to Jen who assured me all would be done right. Well you can guess the rest… day of the party NOONESHOWEDUP. a call to Jen went unreturned. This is a hugely unreliable business that appears to be poorly managed. There are many good cleaning services out there… THISISNOT A GOODONE… AVOID!
