Mike Zavala of Merchant Lynx came and told me I would save a lot by switching my credit card processor. That was the big lie. He put down on my form no fees. He did not explain that his no fees was irrelevant for the contract had a ton of fees in the small print and he did not cross that off. He did take off the initiation fee but I got hit with a new year fee that was higher than stated in the contract since they can raise fees at any time. He said he would take off the new year fee of $ 179. When I called again I got no answer. He answered once and said he was on vacation and would take care of it. Well he is back to not answering nor returning phone calls and he has NOT removed the fee. He did not tell me it is a three year contract and that it is hundreds to cancel early and that the fees negate any savings. He was a liar and this servicing company is a rip off in my opinion. Stay away.
