Great service. Fixed my car after an accident. I got my car back when promised. They always kept me informed. The car looks great!

I recently took my late model (1.5 years old) Ford to Ramsay’s to repair damage to the right front fender and door, and I’m very satisfied with the transaction and the results. Owner Jason Ramsay handled all interaction with me and was a pleasure to deal with. He immediately noticed some damage inside the door that the insurance adjuster missed and worked with my insurance company to cover the door replacement. The work quality is very high — the finish is nearly indistinguishable to my eyes from the factory finish. Jason provided a rental car for a very modest $ 20 per day (with no extra charges) while my car was in for repair, and only charged me for 5 days when I picked it up even though the repair took a few days longer than that due to a delay in getting some replacement parts (my model is relatively rare). I highly recommend this shop.

When The Boyfriend borrowed my small SUV to carry something that wouldn’t fit in his sedan and was rear-​ended in his travels, I was pretty upset, and nervous about the process of insurance and getting it fixed. I chose Ramsay’s Body & Paint to replace the bumper that had been cracked off of my Ford Escape. Super fast and super friendly service. They even made it easier by renting me a car, through my insurance, and explaining the process fully. Jason, the owner, was great and thorough, and my Escape is back to beautiful condition. Best auto shop experience I think I’ve ever had.

Excellent. I had damage caused by a snow plow that wrecked both front and back car doors. (The car needed both doors replaced.) Jason was (as usual, I imagine) straightforward, friendly, professional, really well organized. He explained how long it would take for the doors to arrive, we agreed on a drop-​off day and agreed on a day he’d call with an update on the progress. He called on exactly that day. The car was ready early, the work was perfect AND the car had been cleaned inside and out. I felt like I was driving off in a new car. All around awesome.

My Mercedes lease was up and I was having the fender fixed before I turned it in. The issue was that I needed it completed with in a week. It seems this is no small feat as I went to 5 shops in the area that all turned me out! I felt like Mary & Joseph looking for an Inn. Not only couldn’t they take me but also they did not make me feel comfortable in their smoky places of business nor did they apologize (except one in Wayland) about it. Ramsay’s was my last try before I was going to give up and let Mercedes do the work and charge me 5x the actual price.
I pulled into Ramsay’s lot and got out of the car expecting the worst when all of a sudden there was Jason Ramsay greeting me with a smile asking how he could help.
I told him my dilemma, he asked me in so he could check the schedule and look at the damage. He took my case and all my insurance paperwork, gave me a date it would be done and finished the work perfectly a day before he said he would! Amen and Alleluia!

Jason is AWESOME!!! He got my car back to me when I needed it the most. He kept me updated day to day as to what was going on with the insurance and the repairs. I have been bringing my car, my husbands car and my bosses 2 cars to Ramsey’s for about 5 years now. I have never had a problem with Ramsey’s! The work they do is perfection. Look no further! This place provided me with great customer service from the start. I was able to just e-​mail all the paperwork from my insurance, not having a printer this was great. Not to mention fast! Jason reviewed the paperwork and called me back a few hours later with a drop off time. They dealt with the insurance. You deal directly with the manager/​owner?. He continuously updated me on the progress of the car, answered all my questions, and got a lot of work done in 4 days! Thanks for a great experience. I’ve found my new mechanic! :)

My poor Toyota Sienna! people had opened doors into my car, my son had someone side swipe him in a parking lot when he borrowed it, I slid into a tree in the winter. the car looked like the wreck of the black pearl. NO LONGER! Jason did a fine job at an excellent price. so good as a matter of fact. my husband took his car in to have it spruced up. it looks like we have two new cars! I couldn’t say enough good things about this company.
