My experience with Three Sons Windows & Door has not been positive. I called Three Sons in October of 2011 because I had had an ice damn on the back side of my house the previous winter and thought it was time for a new roof. Three Sons came out to my house, inspected by roof and provided me with a description of what was needed and an estimate for the work. It was not the cheapest or the most expensive of the estimates I received but they seemed trustworthy and they informed me in writing that «we will guarantee our work for 20 [years]»
In 2013 I called Three Sons to inform them that water was coming in through my roof on the front side of my house and was running down my walls. There were large water spots on the ceiling and the window sills were wet. Three Sons came out to look at the roof and determined that the water must be coming in through the siding of the house and not the roof. We had the siding looked at and this was not the case.
This year the water problem has been much worse. Three Sons has come out to the house and have realized that the water is clearly coming from the ceiling. However, they have yet to offer any remedy for the poor roof or the damage caused by it.
I will happily update this review if Three Sons does eventually make good on their word before I am forced to hire someone else to fix the roof.

The job went very well! The owner of Three Son’s was very helpful in discussing window options and completely understood what was needed. Like many homes built in the 90’s, I had window seals that were failing and moisture between the glass panes. I also had some panes that cracked. The catch with my installation was that I had new construction windows (fastened/​nailed from the front of the home) and the vinyl siding came to the edge of the windows. This meant the siding and shutters around the window had to be removed (and reinstalled) and the installation of the window had to happen from the front of the house. I had many contractors come to my home to supply estimates but some didn’t respond after discussing the job, they were clearly looking for quick (in and out) jobs. Three Son’s understood what was required and were willing to do the job the right way (removing the siding, etc), replacing a dozen windows in the front and sides of my home. I would also add, Three Son’s bid was very competitive.
Specific to the product installed, Three Sons installed Harvey Windows. I researched options for months and in the end my main concern is support after the product install. Harvey Windows has an outstanding reputation for support after the sale, many companies do not… beware! I would also add, I’m amazed at how quiet my home is after the new windows were installed. My wife commented to me that’s it’s almost eerie — we can see the trees blowing around and a rain storm happening outside and can’t hear a thing! Great job Three Sons! You have earned a new customer and as many recommendations as I can supply.

If you have a big pricey job, they are great. I spent almost $ 6000 on new windows which were badly needed and they did a very good job… BUT I had a small issue with some screens about 3 months later. I asked them to come out and to schedule a small amount of additional work. The emailed response: «Sorry, nothing we can do, can’t help you.» Didn’t even send out a rep to look at the needed work. Very disappointing. Good quality work, very poor quality customer service. Think twice.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and the work provided by «Three Sons». The work did take a little longer than expected (roof, siding, windows, and a deck) however, I do not hold this against them for it is the summertime, and I imagine a very busy time for any construction work

I had three sons do an addition to my house (A new master bedroom). They converted the old 3 seasons, knocked down a wall, and matched it to my exisiting office. I couldn’t be happier, they always left for the day leaving a clean room behind. They finished quickly. I know this will probably get filtered because Good reviews tend to have that happen, but this company continues to impress me.

I was recommended to Three Sons by a friend of mine. I had them work on my roof twice this winter. Once to fix a leak and again for snow removal. These guys were great. They were always on time and much friendlier than most contractors I’ve encountered in the past.
I actually just recommended them to my grandmother. And if they’re good enough for granny, their definitely good enough for you!
