Solid service on delivery of construction materials. Wallboard/​lumber. THis is an unglorious job, and they do it well. Definitely an option to stock a job for the construction professional.

Service on my $ 5,400 order was ok, though some communication on substitutes was so late I didn’t have any choice but to acccept.
Serivice on a $ 300 followup order is non existent. Waltham Lumber’s Rick chose these remarks as feedback: «Your contractor’s mistake is not my problem» «I haven’t prioritized your order because I have bigger orders to work on» «I can’t make any money on this small order»
These are the responses I received by phone on my second call to follow up an order I requested 24 days ago. Rick was also talking over me — at the same time as me — clearly not interested in listening to the customer.
Stay away from Waltham lumber if you want reasonable customer service.

I recently tried to get a quote for some decking here and being the local lumber yard I tried them first. No responses to several emails and I gave up after the third call requesting a quote (each time I was told that they would get back to me)
