Kentucky Rest Area I-71/I-75 Northbound

Nice, clean if not a bit on the older side. Lots of stalls, have never had to wait. Lots of grass for the pup to stretch her legs and get some running in.

This is the last rest area encountered before the Ohio border. As such, it is a very busy place! At night, it tends to quiet down a bit, and you can often find road weary travelers sleeping in their vehicles. But during the day, it is an endless stream of travelers in all modes of road transportation stopping in and leaving.
They have older buildings here, but well maintained, and always clean. The main buildings serve both the passenger vehicle parking — front side of the rest area, as well as the truck, bus and RV travelers in the back lot. They have traveler information and refreshments, as well as rest room facilities.
A bonus to truckers is a 2^nd rest room building at the back of the lot which is also equipped with refreshments.
