McDonald’s

I love McDonalds! I always go to this one because it is near my house. The breakfast is always hot and fresh! I love to get burgers for lunch or dinner but lately they are sooooo cold. I tried the new ¹⁄₃ pounder yesterday for lunch and I was really excited to get the lettuce and tomato one. It was so dry and cold, as well. The burger was cold and extremely dry. It seemed like it was leftover from the previous evening. I so wanted to try this burger because I enjoy the basics. Well what a let down and a wast of money. The fries were way hotter than the burger. So I just ate the yummy fries and drank my delicious sweet tea 2 stars for the ¹⁄₃ pounder…3 stars for sometimes getting a luke warm burger.

Stopped here on my way to Nashville from Columbus. The parking lot was dirty with tons of cigarettes. Inside the bathrooms were dirty, condiment station had ketchup everywhere. The ice machine trays were stacking up unused ice. The staff was kind/​courteous and the food was hot and came out promptly. If this location was updated just a bit I believe these problems would take care of themselves

Worst service ever. I would drive an extra 5 minutes not to deal with that rude manager again.

I stopped by for breakfast on 2÷15÷14. There were two lines open, but one of the cashiers was busy filling orders most of the time, while the other cashier was busy taking orders. This didn’t make the line go any faster.
I watched my order sit in a staging area (not in a warming rack) for 5 minutes while waiting for it to be picked up. It was cold when I finally received it. (i didn’t want to complain… half my party had already received their meal and I didn’t want to wait for a new, hot meal.)
The restaurant was cold.

This place really varies in quality by an incredible margin. It also can get buses, and thus be totally swamped. When I was there they had just had some school trip bus come through (some kids were still in line), and the lobby was still decently stocked and clean. The service was friendly and quick. It did take a little while to get the food, but nothing too far out of line. The outside play area was closed for the season, and the drive through traffic backs up in front of the parking. Those are pretty common things for a McDonald’s but I just wanted to mention them to keep the review complete.
