This is an above average suburban bowling alley. We bowl here in a league one a month. It’s s lot of fun and the waitress, Michelle, is great. She always knows our order; a pitcher for me and big bowls for the girls. The food is above average for an alley too. Minus one star for letting the church parishioners across the street use their lot on Sunday’s when atheists want to bowl.

Visit Date: April 3, 2015 So after my friend, her nephew and I ate lunch we were supposed to go for a walk but the weather wasn’t cooperating so we settled for bowling instead. I decided to come here since it wasn’t far from their home. It was a nice bowling alley, everything was clean and luckily it wasn’t very busy. They offer food and drinks, we only had chocolate chip cookies but I didn’t like them too much because they weren’t soft enough for my taste. We bowled two games and they put the gutter guards on our lane which was very nice for us because we had higher scores than we would have had if the gutter guards weren’t in place. I felt like the price was a little steep for three people to bowl and get shoes but let’s be real the price is steep for almost everything in NY now. I’m not a bowling person as a hobby so my review is just based on being here to have a little bit of fun.

All you can bowl for 12 bucks ??? Sign me up now! Most alleys charge 10 bucks a game let alone do an unlimited package! This place even has beer. Cold beer. Yum! I don’t think I tried the food last time I was here but, I remember seeing other peoples little food trays and it smelt wonderful! Music was good to! I lost at bowling. Because I suck at bowling.

Crappy customer service… guy at desk couldn’t be more non interested… also it’s 2013 and this bowling alley doesn’t have auto bumpers so kids and adults can play on same lane… that’s lame!

Lanes are kept up fairly well, nice atmosphere, friendly people who work here, and friendly people who bowl in the leagues. My only criticism is that it’s a hard house to bowl well in! I average a 215 — 220 in ANY other bowling alley that I’ve bowled in, yet for some reason, I can barely average a 210 at Wantagh. Lanes are difficult at times, but I love the challenge!

Love me some unlimited bowling, and we got there at 8pm and bowled till after midnight for only 17 $$$$ with SHOES included, how can you beat that price, so cheap. Me and my bf go there alot, its a fun cheap night out for us and we can take the train home. The beer is cold, the guys at the front desk are super friendly and nice and we always have a fun night. Only problem is we NEVER get fun/cool people next to us, we always are stuck next to some boring lunkheads who are either super serious about bowling and make weird grunting noises or some dopey kids who scream and dance and act like idiots and drop the balls all the time. oh and the music blows too, i am 47, my bf is 29 and neither of us have ever heard of any of the songs they played except for call me maybe which is godawful, they should have an 80’s night for my old ass or at least some current top 40 no rap please, all in all good cheap fun night out

I know what you’re thinking… who cares enough to review a bowling alley… and twice?! This girl must be nuts… I may be a little wacky, but this place lost a lot of its appeal for me. Went last week with a group of 5 people. All you can bowl from 9-midnight is supposed to be $ 12. It even said so on the website. But apparently because it was school break, they charged us $ 17. Girl at the counter had a serious attitude. All 5 of us were stuck on one lane even though it was pretty dead. No music played or lights out. Come on, $ 17 should get me some tacky ambience. Ridiculous. Also a few minutes before midnight they stopped our game. They suck.

Went here on a Friday night with about 15 people for a friends birthday. They were able to accommodate us with three lanes side by side. Great music and an enjoyable time! A very cost friendly birthday festivity!
