Bought a very nice house in Seaford, however it needed to be completely re-​landscaped. I had Patrick do my yard this summer (it was a terrible mess before). He put in beautiful dry-​beds and rock gardens at areas that used to get flooded. He convinced me to put in a underground dry-​well to keep my yard from flooding, and more important to keep my basement from flooding. It works great and no longer have to worry about flooding in my yard and basement (well worth the cost which was reasonable), im so happy to have this !!
It took Patrick (and his team) all summer to finish my yard. This is fine with me as I told him to ‘take his time «. It worked well as he got to know my property and really design it beautifully. The yard is absolutely stunning and every single person that has seen it was impressed. I LOVE what it looks like. I pretty much let Patrick make all the decisions and let him do «his thing «as he’s the one with the experience.
It was fun coming home from work and seeing new rock, bush and tree surprises popping up as he craftily tweaked the property to look it’s best.
Patrick is a genuinely nice fellow and works very hard. Was not cheap, however it is easily the nicest yard on the block and maybe the neighborhood (unless someone spent a whole lot more money). You get what you pay for.

Stay far away! This guy changes the name of his business slightly each year. Search him on the nassau county dept of consumer affairs to see all of his violations and license suspensions. I wish I had before I signed up with him! He pressures you to pay more and more money upfront as the job goes along and then disappears for weeks and even months.
