This location is indeed small, tiny in fact, but the customer service was not nearly as atrocious in my experience as how the other people reviewed. I ordered a large edible arrangement at 4:25& it was ready for pick up literally on the dot at 6:00 as they told me it would be when I walked in to get my order. The arrangement was beautiful, full, & the fruit was fresh, ripe, flavorful, juicy, & the chocolate used to dip the fruit is outrageously decadent & divine. I prefer other locations who have the smoothies & other items available but for what it is, I think this location is A-ok. I would definitely not hesitate going back to pick up an arrangement if I ever need again. Besides, it saves you about $ 13 to go & get it yourself if you live close enough & that option works out for you rather than having to have it delivered. Parking is not the easiest necessarily so you’ll find yourself lucky like I did if you pull up right in front of the store on Sunrise Hwy & get a spot.

This place has the worst service ever been here a few times only to get the kitchen is closed or where to busy, I never ever seen a customer in the store nor have I heard the phone ring while standing there for 15 minutes, please avoid this location save your self the hassle owner is very rude almost pushing you out of the store with looks and attitude, oh and not to mention he even tells you to try another location as a business owner myself i would never send a customer to a competitor nor would I let a customer walk out without trying to satisfying there needs and wants… It only bring customers back and allows the potential for new customers through word of mouth, how can your kitchen be closed at 3:30 in afternoon I mean your heating up chocolate really didnt know they had a 5 star chef working at edible arrangements, this is the only location close to me only reason I went never had a problem with any other location, I never ever have wrote a review about a store but this guy needed it…

HEY– how would you like to experience customer service like you have NEVER seen before… Then just order something from this place… I can almost guarantee that it WONT be what you expect, will NOT arrive on time, and the best part… is when you attempt to gain resolution, you will be me with the most horrendous and deplorable customer service I have ever experienced. Not only does this store policy seem to not allow for«oops, were sorry»… or «hey– can we fix this??» or… «what can we do to make sure your going to come back??» instead, they actually WANT to make a problem even worse! All attempts to contact the corporate office, merely send you back to the same local store, further exacerbating an already tedious situation. The award for 2013’s worst run operation is yours! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
