Wendy’s

I needed to grab a quick lunch on a 45 minute break for a training session and this place was 3 miles away. I clearly had no idea where I was located or where to go.
As usual I stuck with the chicken sandwich combo, small fries and a drink. A couple of BBQ sauce packets and I was quickly thru the ordering and drive-​thru process on my way back to training and to eating during the training session. Even with fast food bleh food, I would appreciate a little time to eat without looking like I was famished and it was my last meal. Oh thankfully others came in behind me so I was not the only one eating while looking at Powerpoint presentations.
The chicken sandwich was fine, with the minus that the extra tomato that I ordered did not make its way onto the sandwich. So much for my daily lycopene consumption.
Gone are the days where companies that call you to offsite trainings actually feed you or even give you a bottle of water. You could be drying up faster than the desert and your own your own.
In closing, it was a seamless order thru a Wendy’s drive-​thru and the chicken was edible, the fries were hot and the drink was cold. It was ok.

Worse service EVER! Over 20 minutes to wait to order, order, and get food. No chili or Frostys available for 30 MORE minutes. Even called their customer service line and NO ONE answered. I would give 0 stars if it allowed me to.

Drive thru: make sure you TRIPLE CHECK you bags of food! They often forget stuff, mostly when they make you move up and wait. The staff is very friendly though.
Inside you usually wait a little longer but they get your food right!

Decent service at the drive thru but we ate inside twice and won’t be back. Dining area is in need of a major renovation and some style. It’s a dinghy, big, empty room with a few tables and feels dirty. When inside you see the unprofessionalism of the staff and a look behind the scene does nothing to make you feel like coming back.

I went here with my mom for dinner and there was nobody in their and one of the workers friend came in and they started cursing and yelling and the service was horrible but the food was ok.
