Bjs is a terrible store, they lack in customer service and their bathrooms are always a mess. Any upper manager I’ve come in contact with doesn’t know anything they’re taking about. I’ve never been so upset about a visit to a store that you have to pay to shop in. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
