I went to Dr. Park for pain management. I paid out-of-pocket for the initial consultation. The fee was reasonable. Dr. Park’s analysis was outstanding. I contacted my insurance company to see if they could cover the acupuncture, as that seems to be the only thing that helps me with pain, because I am medication resistant. The insurance company said I could prove medical necessity, which involves getting a prior authorization from the doctor’s office. Dr. Park’s secretarial staff refused to deal with the paperwork needed to do so. Instead, I was offered a «package deal» for PT and acupuncture, which was reasonable for someone well-off enough, to pay out-of-pocket. I cannot afford to pay without insurance. I understand why his secretaries(I dealt with 3) do not want to deal with insurance companies who tend to look down upon acupuncture. However, I get no treatment and Dr. Park loses a client because his staff refuses to look at my documentation from the insurance company and fill out a form.

Went here a couple of times for my migraine’s that would last for most of the day 3years ago. I’ve bee pain free up until recently, they’ve been coming back but not as strong. They have me sold on acupuncture when nothing else worked. I also used their physical therapy room for ankle pain after a surgery. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Biggest plus is I called around other acupuncture offices and they don’t take insurance but here they!
