I purchased a whole house water filter, softener and RO system from Ideal Water around 6 years ago when I lived in Poughkeepsie. My experience could not have been better. Will is extremely knowledgable and personable. Service is always professional and courteous. I was so pleased with Ideal that I ordered a new house water filter and softener from Ideal when I moved into my new home in the Capital District. I brought the RO system with me too. Anytime I have questions or a problem, Will handles everything very promptly, fairly, honestly and patiently. He is a gem, and it’s a pleasure to do business with him and his company. I highly recommend Ideal Water for all household water needs.

We had some initial mix ups, mostly my fault. Will came, got it done and made my water much less stinky and much more safe feeling.
He was true to his original pricing.
Will gave good and thorough explanations, but I REALLY wish I had that all in writing bc I started to forget as soon as he walked out the door. Now, my system purges at 10pm, and I get the stinky «eggs water» and I can’t remember how to change it!
Will is a stand up guy, he’s personable, knows his stuff (I know bc I ask a LOT of questions and listen carefully to the answers), has patience (I know bc… questions, remember?), takes the «extra steps» he should, and left me feeling like I was better off than before I met him.

I purchased a water softener from Ideal Water years ago. Years later, they still provide A+ service and great customer service. If I need service, the calls are always returned promptly. Service calls are always completed by professional workers and in a timely fashion. Always affordable. If you need any water treatment system, I recommend Ideal Water. They are here for the long term. They are trustworthy, affordable and loyal. Why use anyone else!!! Thanks Ideal Water!!!
