The most disrespectful customer service I have ever had! I ordered on line and was to pick up in store, I received the confirmation that my flooring was in the store, I called to confirm. Called the morning I was to pick it up. All was confirmed. I arrived to pick up and instead of 6 boxes of cork flooring, it was only 6 packs, missing over 500 sq ft. Hey mistakes happen, but unfortunately I live 30 miles away and work full time so getting back in time for the floor to acclimate to the room before the install was not going to happen … I would go on about the promise to deliver it and the 2 failed attempts but too long in a review so I will get to the really disturbing part, when the 2nd failed delivery happened I called spoke to Donald, who made the promises to deliver, and he laughed at me when I expressed my frustration. He accused me of lying about out arrangement we made. And accused me of just wanting to argue! I have NEVER been treated by retailer like this. Could it be because I am a Woman? I do have a witness that was with me when I went to get the flooring and she heard Donald laugh at me.(Speaker phone)! The manager Chad was not going to help me and didn’t seem to care it happened. I called 1800 Hardwood and they would not do anything for me, the young man I spoke to Ferdinand was kind but said they couldn’t do anything! Just one more thing I work as a Customer Service Trainer for a National retailer and know how this should be handled. If any of my employees laughed at a customer, they would be terminated, and the customer would have gotten compensated! Don’t shop Lumber Liquidators! They may be cheaper, they certainly don’t spend any money on Customer Service!
