I will update my previous review to say that the owner, Danielle, did reach out to me finally. The delay had been due to a family death. She could not have been nicer about the whole incident. She did the right thing by offering to fix the haircut herself. The person who did my daughter’s hair had had other issues — and hopefully will find a position elsewhere soon. If you go in — have Danielle do your child’s hair!

The woman who cut my daughter’s hair clearly didn’t have a knack for working with children. She sprayed my daughters hair with detangler for the cut, which is fine, and OFFERED to do a rough blow dry at the end. As we checked out, the owner was sure to tap on an up charge for a «blow dry» even though her hair wasn’t even that wet to begin with & we didn’t have it washed — when I questioned her she was extremely rude about it and didn’t offer to take the charge off. I will never go back and I hope this Unilocal review costs her more than the $ 3 sixty sec blow dry she charged me for. Not to mention, the hair cut was NOT cute. Two stars for the appearance of the salon and prize your child receives for being good. I’ll never go back though.

I traveled so far for this place and I was so disappointed. After waiting for 45 minutes, the young lady who was going to cut my sons hair told me she didn’t do «first hair cuts». I asked her what the difference was and she replied «I just don’t do it» and asked me to sit back down. It made me feel like she didn’t have the patience for a first cut and I thought it was a pretty unprofessional answer. This was my second trip here and my first wasn’t any better. I gave it another shot but both times I felt the staff was pretty rude and annoyed with the kids there. I’ll never come here again. For their prices, they should be a little more warming.

Such a great place for the kids to have fun while getting haircuts! A little pricy for birthday parties and not much interaction with the kids but overall we had a good experience and will go back for haircuts!

This was my daughters 2^nd haircut and let me tell you Danielle did an awesome job with her hair! I’ll definitely be bringing her back there again!!!

fun place to go for a haircut if you only want to try once.
I had to fix my son’s hair afterwards as well, because he could not go to school with that hair without people laughing at him!
No wonder they do not have much business at all. The place was empty most of the time. for almost $ 20 to get a bad haircut… not for me again
Luckily, my son loves the place. It’s fun for him… but he is only 6. He does not care if his hair look so bad… it made his head look like a mushroom… you know, a big top with very small bottom.
I paid other barber for $ 10 for a much better job than this!
