Buzzards Bay Dive Center

I learned to dive here 3 years ago and they gave me a great start to a great hobby. This is a PADI dive shop. The owner Steve is extremely helpful as well as any of the other people he has working there at a given time.
I have taken 2 classes with them, the Open Water and Advanced Open Water. The pool dives are done at Mass Maritime Academy and shore dives are done at Sandwich Beach and Hathaway Pond. They also host several dive events during the year. My favorite event being the Lobster Hunt, 3 dives to find lobsters off a charter boat, the winning buddy group gets a prize and then everyone takes their lobsters, cooks them on the boat and on the way in you eat, drink and be merry. What more could you want out of a day on the water.
They helped me get set up with my first set of gear, it was mostly used but not over used. Then when I wanted to upgrade after I got a few dozen dives under my belt, I get a new set of gear from them for a great price. After I moved from the area, I got more exposure to other dive shops in mass. and determined that this shop does not always have the cheapest prices, but they are never the most expensive.
