Slow service even with a large amount of staff working. When asked for a bagel with cream cheese they put a container of cream cheese in the bag for me to spread myself. The cashier, Alyshia T. was a bit rude and called my coconut caramel coffee a «crazy coffee» in all seriousness. Which is not only rude but if you work in a coffee shop you should know how to make different types of coffee. Overall the bagel was soggy and the staff was rude.
