Warm and welcoming! Good home cooked breakfast, clean and lovely room, enjoyable conversation. I found both the home and hostess to be gems. walking distance to restaurants and galleries. Stayed here while working in Hyannisport, the commute was very easy, and the rate was much better than further out on the cape. Will be staying there again.

First off, let me say that I really, really wanted to like Mulberry B&B. The owner is kind, but I would advise that you only stay here if you really, really love cats. In fact, the owner loves cats so much that she can’t keep her hands off them… even while cooking breakfast! Our room was fine, but others staying on other rooms weren’t as ok with theirs as we were. Were also disappointed because when we called to ask about the facilities, were told that there would be a separate, private bathroom(which there wasn’t) — only two bathrooms available(one with a shower, the other was a bath tub). The location(Wareham, MA) is a nice central location for trips to the Cape, Boston, Newport, etc. Also, I would recommend skipping the ‘breakfast’ part of this B&B.

Had family come to visit us in Wareham and stayed here. The owner was nice enough and the rooms were fine. They were a bit put off by the cats all over the place. The house itself isn’t particularly cute or historic and the neighborhood is just okay. If you’re visiting Wareham this is an option for a clean, fairly inexpensive place to stay but don’t expect to be wowed.
