Perry’s Last Stand

Always friendly service. We got to sample forever! Lots of flavors. Actually all the choices are a bit overwhelming. Otherwise, typical summer ice cream shop, picnic tables, mosquitoes etc. Worth a trip and the samples

I went yesterday after many years of not being in the area and I forgot how good Perry’s can be. Lots of ice cream choices as well as yogurt and soft serve. The servings are plentiful. The service was very good.
They also have some outdoor sitting space. We sat in the car under a shade tree — it was lovely.

We rented an ice cream truck from Perry’s for our wedding in Dartmouth, and it was amazing! We thought it would be a cute idea to have an ice cream truck, especially since we had a bunch of kids, and everyone loved it. I figured it would mostly be for the kids, but all the adults thought it was great too, and they really got a kick out of being able to pick anything they wanted off the ice cream truck! To top it all off, the person who was driving the truck wore a suit, and made a great show of getting everyone ice cream. He had a great personality, and really made the whole thing special. It was a very reasonable price to be able to have ice cream for everyone at the wedding, and the experience of having the ice cream truck show up just for us. I highly recommend it for any event!

Been going here for years. Very family friendly and great ice cream with a great selection. Perry’s often hires all the local teens to work here so I felt a need to address all the complainers. Lighten up for most of them it’s their first real job. Secondly they serve snacks burgers and dogs, this is not a 5 star Resteraunt… Lastly of course their are long lines. It’s summer and the place is good. We are very close to the Cape. Try them on Feb 1^st the lines are shorter but you will not get Ice cream until April 1^st when they re-​open.

Perry’s last stand ice cream is outstanding and the fact that it has a drive through window as well as your standard pick up window puts it ahead of most if not all ice cream stands. I have yet to try their food but the ice cream decent portions, prices and service is good enough for a positive review

The ice cream is always delicious. That’s a given. This is also the rare place that serves soft serve chocolate and coffee swirl (mocha) or vanilla and orange swirl. So good! I hadn’t tried the food before but recently got a bacon cheeseburger since it was close. The burger tasted like it was cooked at a back yard BBQ. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The service is always pleasant. You can tell these workers are happy in their jobs. Always a good experience at Perry’s.

This is becoming one of my favorite ice cream places in the area. I don’t know where they get their ice cream, but they have so many wonderful flavors that I’ve never seen anywhere else– moon pie, frosted cupcake, extreme chocolate, and so many other unique offerings. Their ice cream has a great texture and is reasonably priced as well. It’s worth the trip out to this somewhat sketchy part of Wareham.

We had a pretty good time here. The service was great. The lunch, burgers and dogs were not bad. It was not a gormet burger by any stretch but good for the price. Following we had ice cream. I would say that it too was good for the price. I have had better, but then again, I have had worse and some that was worse and cost a lot more.
So for a family outing on a great warm day, worth the stop.

Omg! What a rip off… they advertise a «foot long» LOBSTER ROLL it was just a hot dog roll and measured only 8 inches! When I asked about it I was told it was 12 inches… they lie. I will never go back! Wareham and Onset have many other GREAT ice cream and lobster places so let’s all boycott… join me!!!

Oh my goodness the smell of old fish oil was overwhelming. Can’t imagine eating anything but ice cream at the place. Tried to order ice cream sundaes only to be told after the orders were taken they only had soft serve vanilla ice cream. Since we weren’t about to pay hard ice cream prices for a «Dairy Queen» sundae we left. Really — vanilla is pretty basic they should have known they were out and posted a sign.

This is a venerable seasonal ice cream stand but also has burgers, dogs etc… and they also run a fleet of ice cream trucks around the area. They had a lobster roll special for $ 9.99 a few weeks ago so I gave it a go. It was very good and was about 2 hotdog bun lengths filled with lobster, light mayo and paprika on top. It was a great deal for 10 bucks but I think its $ 11.99 now but with lobster prices going down it may go low again.
Place is always busy at the ice cream windows so I will have to go back for that.
