Wow what a weak service department. After a 30 second phone conversation I quickly discovered this wouldn’t be the place to have my Ford Truck serviced

Modifying my negative review from before. I was impressed and pleased to get an email from Wareham Ford’s service manager. He responded in a timely manner and ask pertinent questions to my complaints– frustrations. His email presented as genuine and responded with concern as well as invited me to give them another try. I am ready to try again– I know poor service issues can and do occur and how a company-​service provider, responds is sometimes more telling than the initial problem. I am cautious but with an open mind will return to Wareham Ford for service.

Geat service department, everyone is helpful, courteous and friendly. All the work done was reviewed with me before and after. Quality of the work, and value, is superb. Everything was explained in detail to my satisfaction, and all my questions were answered. Love the fresh coffee, hot popcorn and tv in the waiting area! I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else!

In my family, there have been many vehicles purchased here. As well as service. You are always greeted by smiles and a low pressure staff. The service department is top notch and they have reasonable prices for excellent customer service and top rated work.
