Called this contractor. He said he would be over this morning between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Called at 9:30 and he said «He forgot.» Told him I cannot deal with companies that «forget» to make an appointment. In addition, he answers the phone, «Hello.» I had to ask him if I had the right number as he never identified the name of his company. Not very professional.
