Stopped by without an appointment for an estimate after our brand new car (2000 miles) got hit. Met with Body Shop Manager Joe Pepe who came out and started the estimate in minutes. He helped us communicate with the other insurance co. to get the claim processed quickly. Due to the at fault driver not reporting the accident it took longer than expected but Joe stayed on them in a professional manner (and thats a quote from the ins. company.). Once the parts were in the work was done within a week and i must say it was flawless. Joe kept us briefed with phone calls all thru the time had our car. All employees of the shop are polite and curtious.
A+ to Stetson Auto. They have my business from now on. (in the mechanical section hopefully not the body shop again)

They always let you know the of the work they do on your car before they do it, and there is never any pressure. I find them to be honest and forward before doing any repairs. My Suv Was Fixed Ahead Of The Time That They Promised.
