We ordered flowers 12/15/2015. The price was relatively high for the product we received. The flowers were shedding leaves and some were brown from age After several conversations, e-mails, and a customer service web reply we were unable to get a partial refund for the inferior product. Our final call lasted more than 30 minute and resulted in offer of replacement but not refund. The staff was pleasant, seemed to delay at every opportunity, and were condensending The business has a horrible confusing and unhelpful phone answering system To their credit, when they were unable to make a hospital delivery, they brought the product to our home the next day Lesson: deal with florists you know. I ordered flowers around noon to be delivered that evening.(the site claimed to have same day delivery). At 3:45 they called me and said the flowers wouldn’t be delivered until the following day, which at the point it was too late to try somewhere else for same day delivery.
