I had a pool closing scheduled for a Friday afternoon. Friday night a technician called and said they were tied up on a job but he would try to get to me tomorrow and call either way. I was concerned because Carlton told me I had to have my pool drained 4 inches below the skimmer before they came. My pump was then off for good and the leaves are coming down. Saturday came and no one called or showed up. Monday I Called and spoke to the Manager Paul. He apologized and told me he could have someone out Wednesday. I was not happy about it but I said as long as the crew vacumes the leaves out of my pool I can wait and he agreed. Wednesday the crew comes and winterize my pipes etc but have no instruction or equipment to clean my pool and leave. I call the Manager and he apologizes and let’s me know a crew will be out with the special electric vacume Friday Friday one week of leaves going in my pool with no pump or polaris to clean them out, the crew comes out with 2 pool nets. One has a broken pole so the guy asked to borrow mine(no electric vacume). At this point I guess I’ll have to pay someone to do the vacuming…
