Shocked to read the negative reviews — I had an amazing experience. Heritage screen printing is the absolute best and I had an amazing experience with them. I was in a time crunch and they were able to make me an amazing shirt for me at the end of a crazy business day on a Friday afternoon. Glen and Jesse are so nice, easy to work with and super helpful! Heritage will be the only place I ever buy my custom shirts because of my fabulous experience!

I’m shocked to see some of these previous reviews! I am in charge of marketing and business development for a large engineering firm in center city, Philadelphia and have t-shirts and other promotional materials printed for numerous events throughout the year. I have repeatedly used Heritage Screen Printing after having such a great experience with them the first time around, over a year ago. The ordering process is always very streamlined and painless. I place all of my orders through Jesse, who is always excellent at communicating with us on both the creative aspect and order logistics — a huge convenience for someone with not much time to spare. Delivery has consistently been on time; typically even earlier than expected. My colleagues and I are always more than pleased with the artwork and quality of the materials we receive. We have placed numerous orders through Heritage and will continue to do so in the future.

Yeah, so like the other review, my experience started out just fine. I brought in photoshop files with mock-ups on images of shirts to show exact placement and size in relationship to the shirt. Actual size of the images to be left up to the artists(who’s job it is to measure and scale just things). The guy at the front counter, Jesse, was very nice and helpful, so I ordered just two shirts and and waited patiently. By the end of the first week i finally received an email saying I should receive another email containing my proofs from the artist the next day. That email didn’t come until the next week after i had to ask for it. When the proofs arrived the mock-up shirt looked a little off, the images were in the right spot but were to close together and seemed sized a little wrong. BUT that picture had a disclaimer underneath that said. «*NOTTOSCALE! This mockup is intended for general placement & color purposes. » Next to that image was another image just showing to two logos in relationship to each other and had measurements and dimensions, THAT is the design i expected to see on the final product. NOSUCHLUCK. When i went to pick up the two shirts(for which I was paying $ 40 a piece) the end products looked just like the messed up mock-up that was clearly caveated as «NOTTOSCALE», the two logos did not appear in relationship as they did on the picture that had dimensions and was by implication«to scale». More importantly they did NOT look like the examples I designed and brought to them in Photoshop. Jesse understood what my concerns but did not jump to apologize and offer to print up correct ones, instead he mulled over the messed up shirts trying to figure out if he could remove the vinyl without ruining the shirts. I was very understanding and said«Whatever you guys can do, either repair these or print up new ones, your call, as long as I get what I ordered. Thanks a lot» He said he’d get right on it and I should get a call in an hour or so. No call, instead I got an email the NEXTDAY saying: «After reviewing this issue with the vinyl department, there was no error on our part… If you would like new shirts, there will have to be a new order put in and there will be a charge incurred for the new job.» He also spoke about not wanting to try to fix the shirts due to it possibly damaging the shirts(Heh, more than they were already??) Clearly a case of these«artists» righteous ego’s being bruised and not being able to admit when they’re wrong. Upon receiving this email and got in my car and drove over and made it very clear as I walked through the door that I was unhappy. This was from the get-go a rude stance on their part to simply say«we made no error». Their own email told me the proof was not to scale and was only for placement and color and yet Jesse stood there and tried to have a semantic argument about the wording and intent of their email. He refused to admit the shirts were done wrong and refused to do anything about. When he finally did bring someone of purported authority out they were even ruder, repeatedly telling me I was being«unreasonable» and that no refunds or reordering would be offered. When I asked if this is the brand of customer service he always provides his customers, he said yes. Not seeing that being a complete dick was probably the wrong approach to unhappy clients. So in closing. I’m out $ 80, and have two goofy looking shirts to show for it. Fuck these guys. They will get all high & mighty on you, tell you that YOU are wrong and even ignore their own rules and directions on their forms and emails. Good Day.
