Let me tell you this place is no frills BUT Anna the pedicure lady is beyond talented! This place is not pretentious. They cheerfully greet each customer. I have gone here for years and Anna’s works on my hands and feet are far better than a NYC spa nail salon Pinks. Anna takes her time and my feet and hands sparkle for two weeks without any chips. Love it!

I don’t want to give it any stars because it’s so dirty and nasty in there. Kevin the owner is as rude as they come. It’s a disgrace.

THISPLACEIS A DISGRACE! My boyfriend’s aunt had her purse stolen when she was getting her nails done, after they, the staff, moved her belongings, and they made her pay still to have her nails done. When asked why their response was that they have a business to run. This is not how you treat your customers. I am utterly disgusted to see a place of business act like this to their customers. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I would have paid for her nails myself if I was there.

In the early 2000’s I religiously went to Jenny’s Nails every other week for a mani/pedi. Kevin and Rachel(store owners) were always very friendly and chatted with all of their customers. Kevin was super fast at giving manicures and would run around the store, working on multiple people at one time. I always enjoyed this because I knew I could get in and out of there in an hour. Back then I thought that they gave the best pedi in the Warminster area. I moved out of the area 7 years ago but I was recently back in town; so I figured I would take a trip down memory lane and hit them up for a gel manicure. I was pretty disappointed in the appearance of the store. It was very dusty and kind of dirty. They still have the old manicure tables, so they need to use the portable UV light for the gel manicures; unlike a lot of salons that now have the UV lights built into the tables. The mini fans on the tables were also very dirty. What I was most surprised about was that Kevin did not even acknowledge me when I walked in or when I walked out. He used to always greet each customer, and say goodbye/thank you on their way out the door. He did not look like the cheerful store owner I remember from years past. If you have read any of my other reviews for nail salons, you know that nail polish(including gel) does not last very long on my nails. My gel manicure from Jenny’s lasted about as long as most other gel manicures have(7 – 10 days.) Sad to say, I won’t be returning to Jenny’s Nails anymore. Their heydays are over.

I went here quite a bit for the last few years. They do a quality job with tips and pedicures and also waxing. But the water was always cold for the pedicures. I asked one time if they could add some warm water but the next time it was also cold. Two times is enough for me. Not going back for a cold water pedicure. Also, it’s filthy in there. They need to dust everything majorly and clean all surfaces. The chemical smell is overwhelming. They are alway busy so that does speak to the good quality in the finished product. But I never realized how clean a nail salon could be until I tried a different place in search of a warm, relaxing pedicure. It’s true that the one guy, who I think own it, is not the friendliest. Anyways, it’s not a bad place, but not the best either.

Don’t be deterred by the unassuming look of Jenny’s Nails. I have been going here for close to 8 years, now. I have natural nails so have never experienced the gel in the reviews above, but my experience has been superb, each and every time for the services which I have experienced. Anna does a meticulous job on both my pedicures and manicures. She is courteous and spends about 2 hours, even when it’s busy to take the time to make everything perfect and make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. They use a sander on your feet which I haven’t found anywhere else. My feet are baby soft when she is done with them. A huge selling point is that they DONOTCHARGEEXTRA for french. That applies for both the manicure and the pedicure. And if that weren’t enough, they use an airbrush for the white in the french manicure at no additional charge. I walk out of there with an excellent french mani-pedi for $ 32. This is a great deal.
If you haven’t been to Jenny’s nails, I recommend you give it a try next time you need a mani-pedi. You will not be disappointed and in my experience, it will become your go-to spot. Perin
