We waited two hours for a pizza that was estimated to be here in forty minutes. Unacceptable.

Ew. Pizza Hut used to be great, around 10 years ago. But lately they’ve been on a massive decline as a chain and the stores as a whole. But this one takes the cake. I bought pizza from here once a year ago and had a coupon for free breadsticks. Both were severely undercooked. I had to bake them at home in order for them to be edible at all. Before that I used to go once a month just because I didn’t seem to learn anything from my mistake. And because I wanted pizza and hadn’t switched to a better chain yet. About a month ago I decided to give them another shot because hey, maybe they’ve changed. Nope. Still the gross undercooked flimsy pizza I’ve grown to dislike. Papa John’s for me, thanks. And no, I haven’t been paid/sponsored to say that.

I was at work and ordered online so that I wouldnt have to call. I put very specific instructions regarding how to enter the building, but to my own fault, my account had an outdated phone number. Needless to say, the delivery driver got lost, and couldnt call me(even though I saw him circle the driveway from my office atleast three times). So that, I’ll own, even though he could have came in and simple asked at the front desk. My main issue was the manager, when I called, he was so freaking rude, it was unbelievable. So he sent the driver back, I waited at the door for him this time. Nice driver, he apologized, and I told him not to stress it. But there was no reason why I should have received completely raw boneless chicken wings. The only thing that was cooked was the breading. Each wing I inspected was pink and frozen in the middle. I threw them away. And instead of calling back to deal with the manager, because he was so rude, I’m just writing this review instead. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Food poisoning… YAY!!! Also, I ran into the owner of this place once before when I stopped in late night to pick up a pie, he was rude and wouldn’t stop talking to the cashier to let me pay him some money. That’s alright, old man… I can solve that problem… you won’t get another dime from me, and hopefully you get a fresh visit from the health inspector. Too bad. the employees always seemed nice here, but I won’t be ordering pizza hut ever again. Also, no place to sit down and eat if that’s what you’re looking for.

I got an email with an offer for a 1 topping pizza for 5.50. I placed the order online and never received and confirmation from the website. I had to call the store to figure out fi the order had gone through. I picked up the pizza. Thin crust still is cardboard like and the sauce has a bitter taste to it. The sausage is ok and reasonably distributed on the pizza. That said while it was cheap I am not sure I am going to rush back any time soon.

i had the same issue as the other poster — the pizza not being cooked. We wanted a refund — after some hassle and rudeness from the staff — we finally got one and they came to pick up the pizza — but ended up paying $ 5(tip) that they«couldn’t» refund even though we paid that prior to knowing the pizza that was delivered was inedible. We paid $ 5 to almost be poisoned. But at work — my coworker and I thought we would give it another go at lunch time instead. I wish we could attach pictures. We got the sliders. Most of which are burnt. I’m glad I paid the extra $ 1 something for extra cheese on three of them because the ones I trusted to have regular cheese are barely covered in it. The pepperoni we ordered looks like it was put on after the pizza was cooked. Shame on me for giving them another chance. Shame on them for thinking what they spew out is food.

YUKYUKYUK!!! I only had a few minutes for lunch today, so I figured I’d run through the drive through down the street. As I was on my way, I saw the Pizza Hut carry out place and thought, that would be good… boy, was I wrong!!! I ordered a personal pan pizza and some breadsticks… besides the fact I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for it, I rushed back to the office(right down the street) to dig in. When I pulled out the breadsticks, they were cooked, but not really to my liking. I mean, they were just barely cooked. When I went to take out a slice of pizza, I couldnt get it to come out and all of a sudden, all the toppings went falling off! Turns out, it was all stuck together in a big clump of dough. It was not cooked at all! I was so annoyed! I got back in my car, rushed back down there and the boy/girl(no idea what he/she was) just looked at me with a blank stare. I told him/her that the pizza was not cooked and he/she said, oh, I can put it back in for you. WHAT??? No offer to even make me a new one?! I said, no thank you, I am very pressed for time I would just like a refund. He/she said, we do not do refunds. I was in disbelief for a minute I think lol I said, excuse me?! I dno’t think so, I expect a refund, what you gave me is inedible and now besides the fact that I am not getting a lunch, I had to take more time out of my day to come back here. He/she said, we don’t do that… AGAIN. I said, get me a manager. He/She says, i am the manager. Ok, then I want to talk to your boss. Ok, he/she says… I will give you the refund. I hand him/her my receipt and then he/she looks at me dumbfounded again and says, am I refunding just the pizza? Well, hello, that is the LEAST you can do! I should be given a full refund to compensate for my inconvience and your pure ignorance! Oh, well I can’t do that he/she says, as I’m not even supposed to do this. Just give me back my money for the pizza idiot! Never again will I go here.
