worst costumer service and over priced compared to other locations.
not helpful and no regard for screwing with someones health.
went here for a refill of my birth control after my normal location for 4 years closed and recieved more problems then solutions. ended up not being able to fill my script unless i paid $ 40 for the appointment $ 25 per pack of pills plus additional charges for tests they said i needed to fulfill my bc prescription. my bill would have been around $ 200 and was taking over an hour for anyone to meet with me. being on my lunch break i had to leave since no one has time to wait in their disgusting office for 2+ hours

This place is wonderful. It’s safe and sanitary and such a great resource for the community. I know planned parenthood gets a bad rap for many reasons, but the people here are so caring about your health. Not to mention that for my annual preventative health care (just a regular check up) there was no waiting list like my former ob/​gyn (the first available appointment was a month away!!). The clinician, Bethann is one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares for her patients. She is very knowledge about her field, but talks to you like a person and takes the time to explain things to you and answer any questions. The only reason I gave it a 4star rating is because the wait to be seen can be long, but isn’t it everywhere else too?
