Steak and Hoagie Factory

This is honestly the worst place I have ever ordered a hoagie from. I placed an order for an Italian Hoagie and curly fries — where they told me the wait time was 30 minutes. Ok fine, the wait is long at an off time but I’ll wait. Then when I arrive, they said that I did not order an order of curly fries– when I can clearly see on the order that is taped to my hoagie that I did order curly fries. They told me to wait for curly fries which I did. While I was waiting, 4 different customers came in. They managed to screw up 2 of those orders, and didn’t help 2 others that were waiting for 10 minutes.
When I finally for my food, the Italian hoagie was horribly made — it was dry, the bread was hard, and there was barely any meat in it. The curly fries were bland and did not have any salt or flavor to it.
I would NOT recommend this hoagie shop– consider looking for another one.

It’s 10 of 11am & you offer breakfast sandwiches until 11:00. When I try to order one the miserable woman that answers the phone says ‘nope!’ we only serve them until 11. Does anyone else see the issue here? The help here are always jerks. We like the food but can’t stand speaking with the employees

My husband found this place and we love coming here.
It’s not far from the house and they make delicious cheesesteaks and hoagies. I’ve had an Italian while is great and I’ve also had a cheesesteak. I really like the rolls here. They really make the sandwich! I had half of my Italian and ate the other half the next day by heating it up in the oven. It was just as good the second day! Their french fries are crispy but don’t look like they would be. I think they have curly fries and I want to try them next time I stop by.
After reading another review, I found out they have wings. I want to try those for sure.
The guys are always nice when were come in. Being in the food service industry, I know about sanitation, with that being said, these guys do not wear any gloves which is gross! The guy that cashes you out also touches all the rolls with no gloves on!!! UGH!!!
With that being said I will still eat here and hope I don’t get sick because the food is very yummy!!!

God I love this place. By far the best cheese steak in the Philly burbs. Also has the best breakfast sandwich, cheaper than Wawa and twice as filling. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in warminster

Underwhelming. The only thing that is overwhelming is the wait time. We got cheesesteaks (whole and half) and the bread could be better. Reminds me more of bread that you would use for a hoagie (lacks that color and crisp on the outside.) And the cheese just doesn’t blend into the steak like it should. Regular fries were meh but the curly fries were great; nicely seasoned. But overall, definitely not what I would call a good Philly cheesesteak. If you think it’s good, you need to venture into Philly. Or even like 1.5 miles away to Silvio’s.

Went here about a couple of weeks ago, had a pretty big wing order so I called just giving them a heads up so I wouldn’t have to wait and I hoped it would be hot when I got them. As I got there, I was the only one in the store and I go up to the counter and the front counter lady is on the phone so the guy cooking asks what I need and I told him I called ahead and what my order was then placed it on the counter and walked back to cook. The lady on front counter gets off the phone and talks to another lady in the back cooking about an order she messed up and I still have not been helped and I have been in the store for about 10 minutes. Then after talking to her she asks what I wanted like I’m not invited in the store. I just said that’s my order I need to pay, and I needed a side of hot sauce for the wings cuz I only got mild and the people I was going to see don’t like really hot things so I said you can charge me I don’t care. But she rolled her eyes at me and the other lady in the back was asking why I wanted it and it already had hot sauce on them, like she is talking loudly and I’m standing right there I can still hear you. I explained why i wanted it because it seemed like such a big deal, and her response was i don’t care your the one eating it. So I finally get my food, and was not pleased at all, when we ate the wings were cold as well as the fries I got, and its not far from where I had to be it was about 5 minutes away so the food was cold to begin with. I was not impressed at all and will not be back my overall experience time in there was 15 minutes! The people weren’t using gloves, didn’t wash there hands, the place was dirty and they were rude! All of these are critical in customers experience and this place just ruined it for me. I will not be back and anybody looking to go to this location I will tell them to go elsewhere to save them the trouble.
Would give them 0 stars if I could.

I have visited a few times and the help is awful. No, thank you, forgot my fries, and the guy making my steak was taking money from customers and NO HAND WASHING. Breakfast sandwich lol, they use a pint of vegetable oil instead of butter to cook and it is putrid. It tasted like a b.e.o bacon egg and oil. Go elsewhere!

This is exactly what it needs to be. It’s a cheesesteak and hoagie place that is open at 1AM when you’re starving.
I wandered in with two friends after we played a show down the street at Walsh’s. We’d considered the diner, but apparently it is closed by 12:30 on a Saturday night? What kinda diner is that???
Anyway, I got a chicken cheesesteak, and one of my friends got a veggie hoagie. Both were exactly what we wanted and needed at the time. The staff were friendly-​ish… Not the talkative type, but not rude or mean or anything. They did their job well and all in all, I can’t complain about the experience at all. I’d definitely go back if I’m in the area.

Need someone much friendlier behind the counter. Just listened to her going on about being busy. Food is taking long to get there is a crowd at the counter.

Great cheesesteak, the bread makes the sandwich! A bit on the tiny side, and hard to find but a great cheesesteak non the less. The steak fries are great too!

Guys here are nearly braindead. Ordered a single regular cheesesteak with fried onions a curly fries and the bags a Italian hoagie with fries. Man, it must be hard making cheesesteaks (sarcasm) and the idiots didn’t even give me the correct change back, technically they owe me $ 5.36 but I’m just going to help you guys out, don’t come here.

First couple of times (past 4mos) were fine. I noticed on Sundays they have $ 4 Ital hoagies, which is awesome. One time I go to make a pickup and I notice no one is wearing gloves. They’re handing rolls, raw meats, lettuce/​tomatoes etc and no one is washing their hands, GROSS and DANGEROUS! One guy on the grill had a full on beard with no beard cover, that’s a health code violation also. Another time I go in to pick up 6 hoagies, I was told 20 mins. I go in after 20mins and I see them sitting there.
There were two old ladies in front of me holding up the line deciding what to order. 10 mins later I’m still standing there without anyone asking what I needed. Now there are three people behind me, also waiting to pick up/​place an order. The guy at the counter kept taking orders on the phone and sorting the food that’s ready on the shelf behind him. Again, not asking who needed help, ignoring everyone standing in front of him. Still taking orders on the phone though. Again I noticed no one is wearing gloves!
SO the people behind me were getting upset as well, some even walked out. It took, and I kid you not, 30 mins to get my hoagies, which were the same ones I saw when I walked in. To top it off, there was no working AC that day. I noticed a hose with water running on top of the AC unit outside.
We won’t be back until I hear things are corrected here. Someone is bound to get sick.

They always are able to deliver a good hoagie and cheesesteak although sometimes the order is off a little. A few times the toppings were not right. Other than that, a solid stop.
