When my heat stopped working right in the middle February during this terrible winter, I knew exactly who to call. Will came out, diagnosed the problem and attempted to replace the capacitor to get the motor up and running again. Initially it seemed to work, but Will took the care to wait 20 – 30 minutes when we realized the problem was not going to be resolved with the simple solution. Will had to order the blower motor, but made sure to get back to my house before a giant snow storm hit and replaced the motor in a matter of a few hours. Can’t say enough about his professionalism, promptness and care. There’s a reason he’s my go-​to Heating & A/​C guy.
