A Master Move

Horrible customer service. These people caused a ton of damage and never tried to repair, replace, or refund for any of the issues they caused. I am considering suing them, it was such a terrible experience.

Overall this was a rip off. I spoke to one of the 4 movers while he was taking a break and he said it was his first day — I don’t believe that this company uses highly trained people.
1. My entertainment system is broken. The legs and screws that hold the piece of furniture together came apart while the movers were rolling and tilting the furniture. Due to the type of pressed wood that the furniture is made of, I do not see how this will be repaired. The center is about 2.5 years old and cost about $ 200.
2. They scuffed up the leg of my dresser in the master room, exposing bare wood and messing up the finish.
3. They broke a piece of trim at the house I am moving from. One mover ran the washing machine leg into the wall and chipped off about 2 inches of trim. When the first mover chipped the trim off, the second guy quickly grabbed it and stuck in his pocket as if he were hoping that I did not see what just happened.
4. The chipped the brick steps leading into the front door with their handtruck.
5. One mover dropped a box that had a large glass drinking vessel, it fell to the sidewalk and broke. — The glass in the shape of a boot was not terribly expensive, but it was just another thing leading to a disappointing service.
6. There was a half-​smoked cigarette left right next to my front door at my new home. — No damage caused, just not a pleasant or professional experience.
