Pros
The store is conveniently located in Warner Robins. It is very clean and has a large selection of pool and spa items. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They do a great job on maintaining your pool and spa.
Cons: once you purchase your in ground pool things go down very quickly.
They promise many things that they can not deliver.
I purchased a 20×40 pool and it took over six months to complete this pool. The workers came out once a week and worked maybe two hours and that is a pretty big maybe. Once the pool was completed within a month the liner started to wrinkle. They replace the liner which took three weeks to complete. But that second Liner also wrinkles much worse than the first.
Also the cool decking that they’ve installed around the pool started lifting within a month. Every time we complained they would send a guy out once a month to scrape the cool deck and we would hear nothing back until we complaint and that cycle continue with an employee coming once a month. Two years later we ended up hiring another company to come in and fix their work.
