In the past, I always got a package of a new smartphone on the same day every time when I purchased the new one in the nearest cellular wireless stores in California and New Jersey. No problem. Now…earlier in the late morning(12÷13÷14), I was hoping to get a new iPhone 6 Plus today so I eventually went to the nearest AT&T store in Warner Robins, where I live for over a year. Somehow, I realize that I did NOT get a package but just ordered it through a salesperson. Nothing! The salesperson told me that she hoped that my order should be shipped sooner within a week. A few hours later, I received an email notice from AT&T about my order status that my order would be shipped to the Warner Robins store after New Year’s Day. WHAT a JOKE!!! What the hell is going on!?! I was speechlessly shocked about 2-week delay of my order! This made me so FURIOUS! I DON’T care whether time is around the Christmas holidays! NOEXCUSE at all! This store SHOULD and MUST stock AMPLE smartphones(especially iPhone 6’s) instead of waiting longer for the orders to be shipped! This situation is the WORST ever I have seen in any AT&T store in my entire life!(shaking my head in shocking disgust!)
